Abstract Submissions Invited

SIAM (Society of Indian Auto Manufacturers) has announced the 2nd Global Automotive Technology Conference “TECHNEX 08” a technical seminar on 24th- 26th April 2008 at Bangalore, Inida. An exhibition is also being organized concurrently with the seminar, to provide an opportunity to showcase automotive technology / exhibits.

The global auto industry is moving towards one technical language, intent on serving a seamless worldwide market. The automobile industry today has to play on the global scale or it would have no stage to play on. Power of ideas, the capacity to innovate would require a quantum leap in order to create technology faster than the market. In this context, SIAM organized the first Technex in 2006 at Jaipur.

This TECHNEX proposes to address these issues with focus on technologies for sustainable growth. The presentations are invited from industry and academia on Propulsion, Safety, Materials and Infotainment.
